How to Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please email glamiora@ptcoba.com with the following information:
- The item(s) you wish to return;
- Reason for return or exchange;
- Order number or a copy of the packing slip.
Upon receiving your request, we will send you a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
We only accept returns for items purchased on Ptcoba.com. If you purchased the item from an authorized retailer, please return the item to the place of purchase so we can verify your eligibility for a return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Timeframe and Conditions
Return and exchange validity: Unused or defective items can be returned or exchanged within 25 days of shipment.
Return shipping costs: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
Other Notes
Promotional items: Discounts applied at the time of purchase will be recalculated; gifts received through promotions must be returned with the item, otherwise a refund will not be issued.
Policy abuse: We reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges if we suspect abuse of our return policy.
Third-party logistics orders: Orders shipped to third-party logistics companies or distribution points are final and non-returnable; delivery delays or damage are the responsibility of the logistics company.
