Due to international trade regulations and shipping restrictions, we are unable to process or ship orders to certain countries and regions. These countries and regions include, but are not limited to:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.

We reserve the right to update this list at any time based on changes in applicable laws, regulations, or logistics conditions.

Liability Limitations

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your use of and access to the services at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, suspension, or cancellation of the services, all provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive shall continue in full force and effect, including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification provisions, and dispute resolution provisions. You agree that any such suspension or termination may be effected without prior notice, and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such suspension or termination. 

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and any related litigation shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts for the resolution of all disputes not subject to arbitration.
